Free shipping on all US orders

Shipping + Returns

Production Time

Each ring is handcrafted in Chicago, Illinois. Due to the customization, please allow 30-60 days for production once your order has been placed. For rush orders or questions about your order, please email us at help@wilderandbeyond.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship free via USPS or FedEx with signature confirmation (1-3 business days). It’s possible to waive signature confirmation on orders under $500, but please note that if you choose to skip the complimentary signature service, we unfortunately cannot assist you or be held liable in the event that your order is stolen or lost in transit. FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Overnight are also available at an additional charge. Keep in mind, shipping estimates occur after we ship your ring, which is typically 30-60 days after your order is placed (because every ring is made custom to order, we need time to design, cast, and polish your ring!).

International Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries via DHL. Please allow 3-10 business days depending on service and location. The customs office of the destination country may impose taxes, customs fees, import duties, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our rings, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Because of this, please be certain of your ring size before placing your order. If you are unsure of your ring size, we can either mail you a sizer, or for the most accurate sizes, visit your local jewelry store and ask to be sized. Most jewelers will do this free of charge.

Resizing

If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer free resizing for domestic customers if resizing up or down no more than one ring size. If you’d like to initiate a resizing, send us an email at help@wilderandbeyond.com and we’ll get the process started for you.  Due to the delicate nature of precious metals, rings cannot be resized (up or down) more than one full size from the original size. Please note that each time a ring is resized, the ring can lose material, so we don’t recommend multiple resizings. After an initial resizing, we reserve the right to refuse resizing requests if we determine that the ring’s integrity or design will be compromised by an additional resizing procedure. Currently, the only ring design that cannot be resized is the Full Eternity band.
